Well, currently it's my school's Hari Raya break, so it's cool. Just got this long newspaper article English homework and that probably takes care of my most important homework of the holidays. So, it was international friendlies this week and I was absolutely surprised when I saw the Argentina vs Spain final result, I mean Argentina winning 4-1 was out of the blue. Well, maybe it can be said it wasn't Spain's strongest XI, pointing directly at Pepe Reina in particular, with his calamity causing Spain to concede the third and fourth goal. England seem exactly like how they were befor the World Cup, winning by rather big margins again. And it can also be said that France are doing better under Laurent Blanc now, as they finally win a game after their disastrous World Cup, and without a few suspended key players!
Life's good

Manchester City vs Liverpool, HUGE!
Well, a few might notice that I have finally set up my blog's playlist, which was pretty slow in getting on board, although the fact that I was supposed to put it up on 20th September. Well, a few late entries, with 'Diary' managing to squeeze into my playlist last minute, next up is the chat box, which I hope to actually finish before around the 10th of September, so expect a few bits of maintainance work as this blog is sorta going beta.
So it's back to school in three days, and it's probably a stressful year ahead, after all, my grades for last year was absolutely dissapointing for me, I mean 31/50 for my horrible history test gave me a 62%, which really demorralized me, although my Geography did get my hopes up, with a 87% total. I mean I personally expected a lower score for Geography. My maths was lower than expected, especially for my Paper 2, same goes to my English, which was dissapointing because of my second part to the test also brought my average down. My Malay was brought down because of essay, my Spanish was relatively high, all round, so that kept me happy. Along with that, my Science was quite low, although I already forgot my score. XD
So it's Manchester City versus Liverpool in a huge clash to show their title and Champions League credentials. Aquilani has joined Juventus in a one year deal which sees Juventus pay his full wages, whilst there is uncertainity about Dirk Kuyt's future in Liverpool. James Milner has joined Manchester City from Aston Villa in what I believe was a huge gain for Aston Villa in the deal. Not only did they receive 16 million pounds in cash, but they also have a valuable asset in Stephen Ireland, whom I believe has unbelievable consistency. Manchester City's first game also left Shay Given wondering if he was going to play for City again as Joe Hart made a string of unbelievable saves.
Probable Lineups
Manchester City: (4-3-3) Hart, Lescott, Kolo Toure, Kompany, Zabaleta, Milner, De Jong, Yaya Toure, Johnson, Tevez, Adebayor
Liverpool FC : (4-2-3-1) Reina, Johnson, Carragher, Skrtel, Aureilio, Lucas, Mascherano, Kuyt, Gerrard, Jovanovic, N'gog

Just Another Blog Post
Well it's Thursday down here in Malaysia, I guess nothing much has changed, I have my usual drums and guitar later on today, and my most annoying lesson of the week, art lessons, I guess it's to my benefit because my art absolutely stinks but it's still annoying. FIFA 11 looks to be as awesome as ever, with the exciting new true 11 v 11 online football matches because of the new ability to play as goalkeeper, as well as in career mode, FIFA can only improve!!!
Liverpool feel completely different this season, I mean the vibe is really good and Roy Hodgson looks to have made a feel-good factor around Anfield. Along with that, I think Manchester City's trqnsfer spending is pretty crazy, I mean 26 mil plus Stephen Ireland is absolutely a ridiculous deal. Ireland is worth at least 12 mil. Money does not bring success. All it does is bring hopes up and gets players out and managers fired.

Wow It's Been Long
It's been a long time since I last posted a blog post, okay, maybe not that long but I like to continue with the swing of things. My computer is still sadly failing very miserably, so I only got my iPod Touch to work with. Well firstly I need to say, Premeir League fever has restarted!!! It's been quite a while, teams have changed, managers have changed, so it looks like an amazing season ahead. I also have to say that I feel massive sorrow to our new star Joe Cole, who got sent off on his Premier League debut against Arsenal. I mean his legs did look to accidentally collide Koscielys leg, along with that Kosciely came back on after half time. But Joe Cole's still gonna be a legend! YNWA
Well that was the plus side of the summer ending, now to the negative side. Two Words: School's back. Back to hitting the books rather than hitting scorchers on FIFA 10. Although I guess my life pretty much has no meaning if I laze around all day. I've also seen Malaysian badminton star Lee Chong Wei in Mount Kiara recently, I guess it really feels amazing to be near the legend, if badminton is one of your fortes.
One final thing, I did mention the jukebox and possibly chat box extentions recently and didn't set the release date. Due to a few technical difficulties(by that I mean my slow computer), it is set to be released a bit later than thought, with 20th September my completion dateline. My fave songs will be played on a blog MP4, which features Taio Cruz's 'Dynamite' and OneRepublic's 'Secrets'.

On the Move
Well, I have only just recently returned from Singapore and it's sorta same old same old. Had my usual drums and guitar on Monday, along with a badminton session which resulted in what I think is a sprain, but it's all right now. I'm going to some national badminton training court to watch the national players train tomorrow! I'm pretty psyched up about it, not everyday when you see Malaysian heroes.
I just came back from Singapore a few days back and i'm so happy because my XBOX is fixed! It had some problem dating back all the way to around February, so I'm really happy!! FIFA 10 is still as awesome as ever. I'm also picking up MLB and Madden NFL demos to try and learn from the game, they're pretty good!

The FIFA Post
FIFA sells, it is able to sell nearly anything. Look at the FIFA World Cup, how many viewers did it get? I don't know, about the quarter of the planet were watching, and that might not be me exaggerating. Although I also wonder, did more tune in to the First Match of South Africa vs Mexico (which included the opening ceremony) or the final, which basically involved the two best performing teams of the World Cup.
That's not all, the Jabulani got a ridiculous amount of buyers for a apparently 'bad' ball. You can click here to get it, it's valued reasonably on Amazon. Not only that, they have a successful video game franchise, from the FIFA 10, 09, etc. to the FIFA World Cup games themselves, they are a big hit!
OK, to me now, I'm off to Singapore for 3, 4 days starting tomorrow and I'm super excited, I'm gonna try and get my XBOX 360 fixed in Singapore so I'm really looking forward to that. Other than that, my family are probably going to the much-hyped Universal Studios Singapore. Hitting Singapore! Mabuhay!

Penalty Kicks: The Way They Should Be Taken
Well today and basically this whole week has been absolutely long and tiring, I mean today was 5 hours of badminton, 1 hour of guitar and another half an hour of drumming, but it was pretty funny for me during drumming because of the confusion that was made during the beginnung of the lesson. It seems that I paid on Thursday last week and that the person in charge didn't exactly record it on the timetable on the computer, therefore creating problems, my drum teacher was supposed to only be there at aroung 6:30 or something, and it was 1:30, so I just went with some other teacher. The badminton was absolutely long, first came a gruelling 3 hours back at my condo, with some training and some doubles games along with my sister and parents, after that, me and my sister shifted over to another condo, where we were invited me over to play. That was 2 hours and well, I wa absolutely wasted after that. Apart from that game, the last week has involved absolutely long games of badminton and training, I am gonna break my leg if I'm playing badminton tomorrow.
Liverpool FC have won their first Europa League match by 2-0 thanks to goals both from our very own David N'gog, hopefully he can deliver all season long along side our new signing Milan Jovanovic and Fernando Torres. Alongside that news, Fabio Aureilio, has been re-signed by Liverpool FC, finally they have a recognised left-back playing next season, so it's pretty good news for the rest of the season.
Javier Hernandez, otherwise known as the 'Chicharato' or 'The Pea', looks like an excellent player, and that's a Liverpool FC fan talking, I mean from speed to finishing, he seems to have the makings of being an absolute star at Manchester United.
Ok, to finish off this post, I wanna post on an excellent penalty kick that I have seen recently. Look at it closely, ok, because personally I didn't see how he actually took the penalty in the first place, he takes a right foot run-up and then takes the penalty with a well placed left foot shot.

A joke and a birthday post:)
Today, I heard a pretty hilarious joke, it went like this, it was a boarding school and students stayed in dorms, there was one boy dorm and one girl dorm. A teacher said boys are banned from going to the girl dorm and boys were banned from the girl dorm and the girls were banned from the boys. A teacher said you would be charged $20 for first offence, $40 for the second and $80 for the third. A boy then said 'how much for a season pass?' it was THE best joke I heard for a while.
Today my baby sister turned 5! She got a Baskin Robins ice cream cake and all. It was a great day for her! We're also checking out old videos today, a small blast from the past, well, I'll be the first to admit that my voice sounded strange and that my teeth absolutely stood out. BFTP!

Henry's Inception Is A Slow Computer
Forgive me for the poor title, just wanted to squash what this post was about in the title, the first thing that I am blogging on is Thierry Henry, that man can never cease to amaze me, from that small flick he did followed by that amazing volley against the Red Devils to that absolute curler he produced for Barcelona in the champions league a few years back, then he helped France get into the World Cup with his controversial hand ball, and now, his first goal for the NY Red Bulls. I mean the cross was good, yes, but how did he get the speed to outrun his marker, how did he guess where he needed to be so accurately, I mean grabbing a goal like that on your debut, against SPURS! A team which qualified for the CL next yearis simply amazing to me.
I really wanna catch the Leanardo Di Caprio film Inception sometime soon, the trailer looks good, the story sounds good and the ratings ARE good, so it seems like a must-watch to me.
My computer is reacting slower than a snail's pace, when it's asleep, that's pretty much how slow it is, I mean for the first few minutes, it's absolutely fine, but then the processes kick in and then it runs at a ridiculously slow pace, I even think my familys former Windows 98 is faster than our new Windows XP 'Media Center', it's so slow! *note the jukebox debut has been pushed back, the official release date will be confirmed soon(I always wanted to say that:))

Always A Pocketful Of Goals
Hey guys! Well I have been just watching a number of Take 180 videos on YouTube and I was laughing my way through all of them, they were all just absolutely ridiculously funny, from the Shane Dawson Glee spoof to the different Tom Cruise(not Tom Cruise) videos and then how amazingly they recreated Ke$ha in a made up Glee audition video, they were all soo funny.
Today was pretty straightforward for me, the usuals, got my Guitar lesson today, learned some song my teacher wanted me to learn, not sure but I think it's by Tokio Hotel, got awesome drumming classes today as well, so I'm well happy about that, and I also had Art, it's probably the lessons which is probably my least fave of my holiday classes.
Tomorrow is some sorta badminton meet up, with a few from mycondo and one more nearby, at least I find that better than art, so I'm happy:). My jukebox/MP4 player will be up and running within the next to days, so I'm pretty excited for that to happen
My baby sister is turning 5 in a few days time and she never spends it at 'home' we always seem to be travelling on her birthday, just small coincidences that always occur, my family is travelling to Awana Kijal this Sunday and then off to Singapore on the Wednesday next week so it's gonna be a bit of a marathon!
The last thing I would like to write about is Liverpool, I mean I didn't call this blog The Angry Scouser for nothing, it's just that I'm a passionate LFC fan. Liverpool are looking soo much better under Hodgson, some people are even considering them as title contenders for this year, so it looks real promising, hope we have a great season ahead! But then again I have to say, of all teams, they HAD to play Arsenal first. Unlucky!

The Mafia Wars Post
Well, it's coming to the end of the month, it's also close to my baby sister's birthday and about time that we are travelling to Singapore. Today I was just realized that one of my closest friends is leaving the school, AND KL is going to leave for India forever, it was absolutely shocking for me to receive that text in which he told me that he was leaving forever. Along with that, I am currently re-hooked onto the Singaporean Chinese dramas. I used to watch them all the time, and then I stopped watching for quite a while. But now I'm back to watching them, and coincidence that I am going to Singapore soon as well. Along with that, I just watched Music and Lyrics earlier today and it never ever stops surprising me. I mean it has pretty good lyrics and a storyline that makes sense, and along with that, I always like the bit at the end when the band PoP shows up, I mean the video is funny, and different. It's a pretty good show!
Currently, my jukebox is currently not really working, I don't know why most music doesn't work now. Apparently, most music only work on a MP4 player. Got a few pretty good tracks currently in there, from the quick paced 'Dynamite' by Taio Cruz to the song I find we a good tune and excellent lyrics, it's 'Secrets' by One Republic, probabably one of the best songs around now. It's got a few slow tunes as well, with 'The Only Exception' by Paramore.
I've been also waiting for a long time for something to happen on an internet game, I'm talking about the new Las Vegas location on Mafia Wars, it was said to be really big, VIP Entrances were rare and the prizes were awesome. It's pretty cool and gonna go to Mafia Wars soo much more now!

Holidays: LMNOP style
Well, the holidays have been pretty cool some badminton lessons, coupled with drumming and guitar, it's been an interesting holiday, considering I normally bum around doing practically nothing except do useless stuff on the computer. Been eating quite a bit recently, got fried chicken, sushi, basically the works. This is also normally the time I go on long holidays, especially considering the fact that I went to South Africa, along with France and Italy around this time of year years back, so it's also kinda different in that context, working on a brand new jukebox on this site, might not be everyone's cup of tea though, I'm just putting it there for me to remember songs:). Along with that, I'm still happy that I'm going to be off to Singapore in a few months or weeks time, so back to my roots for me back then!
You guys might not know this but one of the big reasons I want to go to Singapore is because for some reason my XBOX is broken, apparently it creates a red circle of 3, I'm personally not sure if it's the ring of death so I'm hoping to get it fixed in Singapore.
Well, today is Internet at starbucks,Borders! I'm at the mall The Curve today and checking out the new magazines etc. It's quite an interesting day and I'm gonna watch some sort of Peter Pan performance on this Saturday.

My second check this out post here on my blog, this time I'm posting my favourite kits for the 2010/2011 football season, and Manchester United probably blew their kit for this season, I mean their kit seriously looks like something that would come out of the 80s, with the collar and the strange

My Holidays
And now to my holiday, I mean that IS the title for this post. The first week of my holiday was I admit it, useless, I did nothing and did nothing to help myself. But compared to now, I have a pretty grueling schedule ahead. From badminton and guitar on Monday to the art and guitar on Wednesday and then the drumming on Friday, I guess it's gonna be quite busy for me. But I'm watching Despicable Me on Wednesday with company! I really miss school over the holidays sometimes(and no, it's not for the studying if that's what you're thinking, lol)

Is Torres Seriously Worth That Much Still?
A few months ago, if people asked me about what I thought was Torres' value, my answer would have most certainly 'priceless', but a couple of injuries and a dismal World Cup campaign has certainly changed my mind, he is definitely not the priceless player he used to be. Right now, I value him at roughly around 58 million pounds, I think that's perfect, taking account that Ronaldo was worth 80 million. But still, it must be remembered, he brought Anfield to it's feet on many occasions, providing that glimpse of brilliance, I mean who could ever fill the boots of Fernando Torres, El Nino de oro, The Kid, that kid is one of those absolutely unstoppable players of the game, from his first Anfield goal against the almighty Chelsea when he dummied Ben Haim, to the unbelievable shot he produced against Sunderland. He could just save Liverpool when they need him most.
It's been a pretty long break from school for me, I mean I was sorta getting to the school habit before this break came along, anyways, I watched Eclipse, and my have I gotta say, it's a mega chick flick, I mean what movie puts in the line between the supposed 'hottest characters' of 'I'm hotter than you' it's just plain money grabbing from the teenage girls if you ask me. Otherwise, the holiday has been pretty long, I gotta admit, that's exactly why I've been doing a lot of blogging recently.

The World Cup Is Over, What's next?
So World Cup fever is over, I guess it's the second best thing for me, The Open championship, Tiger Woods had an excellent first day, but he seems like he is faltering today, currently 2 over from four holes. I'm also frustrated that I have to rely on the online leader board to see Tiger's position because of no coverage. And since I am also writing about golf, check this blog out:http://alexnoren.com/ it's an amazing blog made by golfer Alex Noren.

A Bubbly Day :)
Check this out, this was like my sister's happy bubble day because she she skipped school today, and she really enjoyed herself, even wetting me with that bubble mix on several instances, it was a beautiful day, and check out the bubbles flying.
Guess What?
I just found out this amazing and 100% true fact, there is only 1 team in this entire World Cup who did not have a single loss in their campaign, and it's New Zealand, look at their results, all three are draws, even if they didn't go true to the next round, they still made it unbeaten, I respect them greatly! They have already moved to 54th place in the FIFA Rankings!
If you guys wanted to know a little more about me, here it is. I am a 13 year old boy from well, it's kinda complicated. I was born in Singapore, although both my parents are Malaysian, which makes me a Malaysian, I stayed in Singapore for around 9 years and I moved to the quiet town of Kuantan, in the East Coast of Malaysia, and when another 4 years have passed, I moved to the mega city of Kuala Lumpur, the Singapore system has clearly been the hardest to cope with, with strict standards and mega tests, and that's where it all changed in Kuantan, I switched from the local system of Singapore to the incredibly relaxed British system because of Malay being my clear weak link if I entered a local school. Kuala Lumpur took it up a notch in schooling, but nothing will ever compare to studying in Singapore. I love it here in Kuala Lumpur, it's perfect, not too hard, not too easy, and there are awesome people here!

Next thing is, Lebron James, the best player in the NBA is still a free agent, surprising as he has got a mega total point tally and has a bag full of tricks. I say he should go to the Lakers, I mean Kobe isn't going to be able to run the show forever, and they need someone current and new, look for LeBron, although more likely destinations are staying with the Cavs or moving to New York. The world waits on his decision.
Chao nation rules, Peter Chao is an amazing comedian on the net, he's unbelievably funny! I mean he creates absolutely hilarious jokes, may the Chao Nation live forever!

The Bobble Head Post
It has been a fantastic week for me, from the panoramic views of the phenomenal lakes to the sight of the breathtaking man-made temples and then to the unbelievable areas of poverty, Cambodia has simply been a life-changing trip and is a memory that will last in my head forever. Perhaps the memory hat remains the closest to myself remains to be Savong's orphanage and school. He is an absolute idol with an amazing story, setting up his school and orphanage, and he's ONLY 29! The school was amazing with all the kids joyous at the site of books, stickers and us, who gave up our time to help them. They learned quickly, always with their beaming face on their side. The orphanage included a pond for fishes or food with the kids wearing their smiles from year to year. They had amazing volleyball talent and it was a hue pleasure to play with them. Angkor Wat is an absolute breath-taker. From the amazing handicraft to the silent and peaceful river, Angkor Wat is certainly a sight not to be missed in this long journey we call life.
In other news, Brazil have been knocked out of the World Cup 2010 by Holland! Personally I reckoned Brazil would go all the way with their resolute defence and their bone-crushing attack but Holland pulled off a masterclass to send Brazil packing. Spain are through to the quarter finals as they beat Portugal 1-0 thanks to David Villa, although Fernando Torres was way off his best form.

Cambodia Trip!
Well, I'm gonna be off for the next week for a school trip, the DISCOVERY WEEK as they call it. I am going to be at Cambodia for around 7 days, starting with a 7 o'clock flight this Sunday and I am certainly looking forward to this trip. We are going to be at a school called Savong and going to visit several temples of Cambodia, hope it's a fantastic trip!

The A Picture Is Worth a 1000 Words Post

OK, these are late picture additions from the Gambang trip, pictures include the wave pool and a few slides, I would half recommend someone to go there. A bit undecided.
The Losing Stuff Post
A one day trip back to my roots certainly enlightened me, it was a fun trip to somewhere around 5KM from the city center of Kuantan and it was the first time I went to Gambang Water Park. Gambang water park is in many ways very similar to Sunway Lagoon, from it's wave pool to it's slide, it certainly draws comparisons, except for the fact that Gambang Water Park is relatively small-scale compared to the HUGE Sunway Lagoon. During our adventures around the park, I lost my glasses, TWICE, and found it again, first I found it after I lost it in the wave pool and next was a huge stroke of luck, as I dropped it in a crowded area, fortunately it didn't get stepped on and I found it. Gambang water park looks like a decent park that will continue to develop in the future, and I hope to be back there again.
In other news, the shocks have fallen, one by one, whether it's the victory of the Swiss against the World-Cup underachievers Spain all Serbia's all mighty slay of Germany (which included a fantastic penalty save by the Serbian goalkeeper), the big dogs look to brush aside their losses and Spain will look to Honduras for a whipping, one that has even got the Honduras coach worried, will they play the 'USA Tactic' against Spain or will they try something different. The Spanish side have abundance in talent but organization have let them down in past matches, something Vincente Del Bosque will look to improve for the future World Cup matches. Looks like a tantalizing world up ahead!

The You Miss, I Miss Post
The World Cup is still going, although I certainly think that there is lack in goals in this World Cup. Yes, there have been last minute shockers which have done teams proud and taken a point, there hasn't been a match with a thrashing, other than Germany's game. The group of death's 'big match' resulted in a 0-0 draw, an anticlimax to the anticipation, if you ask me. Spain have been dominating their current game against the Swiss, but have still failed to create a goal.
I find Messi a true hero and role model, he came to the World Cup with a barrage of criticism and comparisons of his club and country form, but he certainly showed his talent in abundance in Argentina's game against Nigeria. In fact, when he was young, had a growth problem, Barcelona offered him the chance to play football while getting the required medication and look what he has become. He isn't one of those poster-boys like Ronaldo, or living a celebrity life like Ronaldinho, he's probably the most down to earth celebrity on the planet. He's a true role model.

The BP Failing To Seal Of Oil Post
BP have time and time again failed in attempts to try and seal off a leaking oil cap in the gulf of Mexico, areas affected include Louisiana, California and the Gulf of Mexico, it has already been named the biggest oil spill in US history, it's quite amazing how so much oil gets out.
In other news, Ivory Coast's Didier Drogba has been given the 'go ahead' by team officials to wear a cast as he plays for Ivory Coast in their first world cup game in Africa.

The Jabulani
The Jabulani has received way more than it's fair share of critism from people ranging from FIFA officials to several world class goalkeepers such as Julio Cesar and Iker Casillas. Apparently, it's the 'roundest' ball there has ever been, it's supposed to supposedly swerve more due to that property. Goals such as Robert Green's blunder against the United States and Slovenia's goal against Algeria hasn't helped the cause.Personally I don't really think it matters, complaints should stop and just get on with the game, it's the FIFA World Cup for crying out loud!
World Cup-Day 3
The world cup has seen it's fair shares of brilliance(Lionel Messi) along with it's share of horeible blunders(Robert Green), we saw a whole nation on it's feet(South Africa's first goal) and it holding it's breath(Phela's shot in the last minute that could have won the game. All in all, South Africa is turning out to be very exciting and today could be a day for more surprises, matchups include 3-time World Champions Germany going up against Austrailia, looks like a appetizer for even more to come. Along with that, relative minnows play against each other, with Algeria going up against Slovenia and Serbia up against Ghana. Looks like a great world cup ahead!

My Dad Is Back From France!
My dad just returned home from Marseilles, France today and got some cool and wicked stuff from there, things he brought back ranged from the JABULANI ball, a football hat, some sort of clapper, a magazine and a cool Marseilles shirt, currently France are struggling in the World Cup, but they seem like they have lots of football culture, what exactly is going wrong with France?
World Cup 010
The FIFA World Cup is well and truly on the way this year, with a few matches and a superb opening ceremony starting the world's biggest showpiece off. Matches that have been played have included big teams such as England and Argentina, although South Korea was the first team to get a win out of the World Cup. The first match was fast paced, with Mexico's open style of play and South Africa's counter attacking football. It was truly a wonderful match to watch. France dissapointed, again, with France just claiming a 0-0 draw against 10-man Uruguay. The most eye catching thing to have happened in the World Cup this year MUST be Lionel Messi's dribbling and talent, although he didn't score against Nigeria. He was stopped several times by a solid Enyeama, who was in goal for Nigeria. He dazzled on the World's biggest stage and I think he truly deserves the acclamation of being the World's best player. South Korea's victory against a lazy Greek side must be noted as well, with the Koreans possibly going to be potential dark horses in the world cup (they got a 4th place finish in 2002). England's draw with USA must have been a surprise to many, with Robert Green's blunder giving USA a valuable point to potentially pip England to 1st place if they both win their remaining matches. Spain and Brazil are coming up very soon, this is going to be a football festival to remember!

Exam Results Are Back!
Well, exam week is over for me, and I am currently very worried about my science grade, with most of the other subjects resulting pretty good, the worst I felt about my exams was most likely either in Malay, where I found out I got a dismal 48%, although my other papers managed to pull it up a bit. History was the other result that really let me down, it was a dissapointing 62%, a real dissapointment in my eyes. Maths JUST came through for me, although my second paper would have brought my score down after a first paper 90%. Geography was what I thought I got best in, 87% was a really BIG surprise for me, seeing as that Geography didn't always seem to me like my forte. *stressed waiting for Science

Nadal is back
2 years ago, he had it all, his fourth French Open on the trot, Wimbledon was his, and he was at the highest point of his career so far, but fastforward a year, Swede Robin Soderling and his big first serve sent him crashing out of Roland Garros. Injuries plagued his year and his number one ranking and Wimbledon were no longer his, both going to Roger Federer. Fast forward another year, he is in the final of Roland Garros against the very man who began his downfall, Roger is out and title in sights, with Soderling in the way again. His form on clay this year has been astonishing, sweeping all the masters titles. The final is going to be fiery!
Rafa out, exams over, world gone mad
This week was quite a stressful week, from the sweat of revision(LOL, didn't do much of that), to the tests themselves (hardly made a difference),the week was quite an unbelievable one for someone like myself, especially considering that I came from a place where tests were rare and challenges not found. From the Geography to the gruelling maths test and then to the pressure of the additional language speaking tests, nearly all the tests have been concluded, with the small exception of extention maths, along with drama and music.
It's 7 days to the world cup and I'm VERY excited about it, hoping that either Argentina or Spain will be able to clinch it. Spain is my number 1 for this world cup. Michael Dawson made the world cup because of an unlucky injury to Rio Ferdinand and the biggest surprise was Walcott being left out of the 23-man squad.
Rafa Benitez has been sacked as Liverpool's boss just this week. The news came as rather a surprise to me, as I thought Liverpool wouldn't have the funds to pay off his salary, but Benitez gave a hand to the cause, knowing the ship is sinking, and took a smaller sum of money. He will always be remembered for the sensational and forgettable champions league final in 2006, an unbelievable fight-back.

The Bright End To A Dark Tunnel For Liverpool?
Liverpool Football Club is full of problems, uncertainty and the recent sadness of the latest disappointing season. It has been a long and hugely disappointing season, and now the possibility of Liverpool's biggest stars leaving Anfield might soon be a reality, although Fernando Torres has pretty much assured Liverpool fans that he is going to remain in Liverpool.
And on the other side of the world, (that's me) exams are drawing closer and closer, with the Geography exams coming up first. I hope everything is going to turn out alright. I'm still playing badminton, basketball and all that and having a blast exploring my condo. Life's pretty good.

The Stay Up Competition
Know what I found out is an excellent challenge for you and your mates? - The stay up challenge, you guys basically have to see who stays up the latest, I've been trying it for a few weeks with a friend of mine, (dare to say, I am leading) and there's also an awesome challenge- The Who Gets To The Water Fountain in the morning first game, basically who gets there first. Well, but the second one has a catch, you have to last the whole morning, until the decided time without any water, from or not from the fountain, so that is a bit more of a challenge. Shake up your day, try the games- just don't get too competitive!
Meanwhile, exams are around the corner and I've got to get to the books, first up is a Malay oral and gotta get ready for that, this FRIDAY! Gotta be ready.

As You Can See...
As you can see by my blog address I'm pretty sure you can tell that I am a Liverpool crazy fan! It's been a hard season for Liverpool and I am certainly hoping for something better for next season. I am a 13 year old blogger from the west coast of Malaysia, having just moved rather recently from the East coast. Life is different on both sides, one is so relaxing and the other really quite stressful. I am an avid player of online football games, playing games like Power Football, FIFA 10, etc. And that's my life in a nutshell, read on to find out more!
